New Debenture offer

A view from the Grand Stand Debenture areaMarylebone Cricket Club is offering new 75-year Debentures.

With matches in the Ashes Series and the ICC WorldTwenty20 England 2009† coming to Lord's next season, the scheme carries the following benefits for eight cricket seasons, starting from 2009:

  • Your right to buy a ticket for all Test Matches (including the Ashes Series in 2009), One-Day Internationals and ECB Trophy Finals and any Middlesex matches in the Twenty20 Cup Competition held at Lord's
  • Access to tickets for the ICC World Twenty20 England 2009† matches held at Lord's
  • Seats situated in the Upper Grand Stand with ticket holders having exclusive access to the Debenture Bars
  • Complimentary access to the Ground on all Other Match Days at Lord’s including fifth days of Test Matches, Middlesex matches (other than those in the Twenty20 Cup Competition), MCC match days, Oxford v Cambridge, Eton v Harrow and the finals of the Club, Village, Minor Counties and Universities Challenge Competitions

Although the right to buy tickets under the new Debentures will not start until the 2009 cricket season, MCC will endeavour, without being bound to do so, to meet 2008 cricket season requests for Grand Stand seats from applicants who are allocated new Debentures under this offer.

Applicants should note that there is no guarantee that such requests will be honoured and the Club will accept no liability if it fails to do so.

Priced at £8,000 and corporate and non-MCC Member applications are welcome.

†The staging of matches in this series at Lord's remains subject to preconditions being fulfilled relating to certain facilities at Lord's, not all of which are within the control of MCC.
