
New 'Kids at Lord's' pages

There have been many additions to the lords.org website over the recent weeks and months. One of our new sections is the 'Kids at Lord's' pages.
MCC is always trying to encourage the next generation of cricket players, coaches and spectators.
The 'Kids at Lord's' pages bring together many of the initiatives, activities and facilities available to younger visitors to the 'The Home of Cricket'.
The MCC Indoor School runs coaching classes for various age groups as well as hosting the London Youth Games, Table Cricket and Blind Cricket tournaments.
The Indoor School coaches and staff are hoping to build special 'Honours Boards' at Lord's, just for children.

MCC Spirit of Cricket promotes the laws of the game aiming to ensure it's played in the right spirit.
MCC Spirit of Cricket Challenge camps around the country bring coaching and fun to a town near you!
Young cricket enthusiasts may hope to 'graduate' to an MCC University Centre of Cricket Excellence.
MCC's own Young Cricketers team fosters some of the crème of young talent in the country with the aim of feeding them back into the county system. Famous former 'YCs' include Sir Ian Botham!
