We're live next on Wednesday for Sri Lanka v South Africa and England v West Indies - join us then.
8:36pm 20th over: 21 runs needed from six balls... even for the talented India that's a lot to ask. Possible but very tough.
Oram's pitching them in on the batsmen's toes - almost impossible to score heavily from those, good bowling. Oram could have run Harbhajan out there - but missed from all of 10 yards!
A four to finish the innings for Harbhajan but it's not enough. New Zealand win.
New Zealand win by 9 runs
8:29pm 19th over: Two overs left and India need 29 more runs to win - a lot to ask from just 12 balls.
Ian Butler will bowl this penultimate over. Pathan plays that one more like a tennis forehand, but still gets two runs.
The pressure tells and the batsmen chase a run that was never there.
India 148-6 - Pathan run out - 5
8:25pm 18th over: Three overs left and suddenly India aren't looking as imperious as they were a few overs back - New Zealand are turning the screw and 171 to win looks a fair way off at the moment.
Vettori brings on the experienced Jacob Oram again.
8:21pm 17th over: Vettori, the captain, brings himself back on - bowling from the Pavilion End - and fielding the first ball off the over himself.
Vettori's done it again! Brings himself on and takes a wicket! Caught and bowled! A stunning reflex catch!
India 137-5 - Pathan c&b Vettori - 2
8:15pm 16th over: Butler rejoins the bowling battery from the Nursery End - as New Zealand look to break-up India's scoring-rhythm.
Jadeja welcomes him back by lofting him for four runs - India within 40-runs of their target.
8:10pm 15th over: These two batsmen seem very comfortable and the India fans are really enjoying themselves - and why not? Their team are scoring at an impressive rate, without looking troubled - NZ need a wicket.
Oram joins the attack - can he make the difference? Apparently not - Raina times that one well for four more.
There it is though - the wicket New Zealand needed! Raina's gone, holing out to Ryder.
India 126-4 - Raina c. Ryder b. Oram - 45
8:03pm 14th over: There's a half-hearted Mexican-wave going around the Ground, mostly led by jubilant India fans - they seem certain their team are en-route to victory!
In the air, but between two fielders on the rope - and it bounces safely and for four.
8:03pm 13th over: There's another big six, from Raina as he gallops into the 30s and a fifty partnership with Jadeja.
7:59pm 12th over: Scott Styris is brought into the attack from the Nursery End.
100 up for India, from 71 balls.
7:55pm 11th over: Butler tests Jadeja with pace but he's more than equal to it, hooking four more runs.
7:52pm 10th over: Raina has four more runs as India race towards their 100.
7:49pm 9th over: Raina gets a hold of that one from Vettori - it's in the air but over the fielder for six... and he repeats the stroke from the very next ball! Two in the Grand Stand!
And back down the Ground for four more - 16 in three balls from Raina - great hitting.
7:44pm 8th over: It's the Kiwi fans clapping now, their talismanic captain has given them a real boost in this game, removing two very dangerous India batsmen.
Another spinner, Nathan McCullum is brought on at the Nursery End,
The Kiwis think they've run Jadeja out - but the umpire says no, the batsmen run two.
7:38pm 7th over: The Kiwi captain decides it's time he had a bowl himself. Daniel Vettori on at the Pavilion End.
Captain beats captain... Vettori rips that one past Dhoni and McCullum whips off his bails.
India 57-2 - Dhoni st. McCullum b. Vettori - 6
Vettori's got another one! Sharma steps around that one and it bowls him! Vettori's delighted!
India 58-3 - Sharma b. Vettori - 36
7:35pm 6th over: Sharma continues as if nothing's changed - he clobbers Franklin for a six right towards the massed India fans who are loving this! Dhoni on strike, to repeated chants of his name from the crowd...
The skipper is off the mark with a four - hit back down the ground. 50-up for India.
7:30pm 5th over: Ian Butler steps into the firing li... sorry, bowling attack - and Gambhir clips him for four.
Gambhir's out - he just delicately binked that one to Guptill who took a straight forward catch.
India 42-1 - Gambhir c. Guptill b. Butler - 14
Up goes the India-fan volume again - it's their hero and captain, Mahendra Dhoni in next.
7:25pm 4th over: Gambhir's not one to be left out - he helps himself to a four off Franklin. Sharma ensures he's not forgotten with four more of his own - 21 runs from five balls for Sharma.
7:17pm 3rd over: Yikes - that was a big hit! Sharma even hit that over the 'fielders' in the NZ dugout. Six.
Four more as Rohit has taken all over two overs to settle into some big shots. A single from that ball is almost a bit of anti-climax...
That's better... Sharma put that one into the Warner Stand for another six.
7:17pm 2nd over: The batsmen think about a run there - but think better of it.
Just got the scorecard from the first innings - James Franklin's strike-rate? 270.00. Wow... He hit 27 from just 10 balls including those two successive sixes.
7:14pm 1st over: India's innings starts here - the fans are all back in their seats and ready - are you ready?
First boundary of the innings and Sharma threads the needle, finding the small gap between three fielders and finding the rope.
7:10pm This is interesting - the new floodlights at Lord's are coming on. It's still quite bright sunshine with all bar a small patch of the outfield bathed in light. A pre-emptive measure perhaps with the shadows lengthening.
7:03pm Wow - I feel quite out of breath... and this is just a warm-up match! Seven wickets and 170 runs. Both teams contributing to a great spectacle
India need more than eight-runs an over to win this match - can they do it?
What do you make of the crash-bang-Twenty20 action? Enjoying our coverage? Send us your emails.
6:56pm 20th over: RP Singh will bowl the last over of the innings.
And that's McCullum gone! Rohit Sharma takes the catch in the deep.
New Zealand 154-7 - McCullum c. R. Sharma b. RP Singh - 18
Franklin obviously wants to impress the new batsman, his captain Vettori... he's hit successive straight sixes - into the Pavilion! And another four! 16 runs from three balls!
That's it, New Zealand close on 170-7.
6:51pm 19th over: McCullum and Franklin are trying to make this score as big as possible in these last few overs - four more from McCullum will help the cause.
Loose and wide from Pathan - that won't help India much - McCullum just helps it on it's way for four more.
Franklin joins the four-party too - rocking back to guide that one for four to the boundary. 150 up for New Zealand.
Franklin drills that next one right at the fielder - Yusuf has to reach for it... but it's dropped! It was hit hard but that was catchable.
6:48pm 18th over: Ojha back on at the Pavilion End for his crafty spin bowling.
The wind picks up again making the national flags over the dressing rooms snap in the wind - which is behind Ojha's back.
Franklin gets his first boundary, stepping across to clip Ojha into the leg side for four.
6:38pm 17th over: Sharma's back and I don't know about you but I'm finding it hard to keep up with the action at the moment! It's frenetic stuff!
Styris picks Sharma up and clobbers him back over his head for four...
But Sharma's got his revenge! Next ball and Styris's stumps are in a mess!
New Zealand 124-6 - Styris - b. Sharma - 29
McCullum risks the wrath of Sharma - he hits him for four now - next ball and... McCullum has to sway back out of the way of that one, at head-height.
6:38pm 16th over: Taylor's gone - Harbhajan has the wicket. RP Singh taking the catch from Harbhajan Singh's bowling.
New Zealand 115-5 - Taylor c. RP Singh b. Harbhajan - 41
6:36pm 15th over: Styris is making the most of his reprieve in the 13th over - he helps himself to another four.
6:32pm 14th over: Irfan back on at the Nursery End.
6:29pm 13th over: In the air... from Styris!
But down, to collective groans from the India fans and team - Styris survives.
And Taylor now has to jab his back foot down quickly as one from Harbhajan beats him and Dhoni threatens to remove the bails. Taylor swats a four from the next ball to ease his nerves.
100 up for New Zealand from 85 balls.
6:24pm 12th over: RP Singh is back, much to the approval of the India fans.
Styris seems happy to see him too - carving him for four from the first ball of the over.
6:18pm 11th over: Thanks for all your emails - send us your emails - glad you're enjoying the coverage.
Word is, some of you are thinking of switching your allegiances from the BBC to Lords.org. What a good idea! I know for a fact that Lords.org is updated more quickly than the BBC coverage, so where better to follow all the games at Lord's? Tell your friends!
Ohja back into the attack, replacing Harbhajan at the Pavilion End - as the wind picks up again here at Lord's.
Taylor doesn't seem to notice the wind, the skies that one from Ohja away for four runs... but very next ball he's beaten by the turn to "Oooohs" from the crowd.
Another boundary for Taylor, more music "stings" from the DJ and the New Zealand score inches closer to 100.
6:14pm 11th over: Sharma's back into the attack and Oram is taking his time marking his middle stump.
Seems like Oram was a little afraid of Sharma and it shows! First ball of the over he hoists it high, high in the air and Harbhajan steadies himself... and takes the catch.
New Zealand 73-4 - Oram c. Harbhajan Singh b. Sharma - 5
6:10pm 10th over: This will be the tenth over, the exact half-way point. Jacob Oram is the new batsman - and he's a big fella. For the first time today I'm feeling a little edgy, sat up here in the Investec Media Centre - we were talking earlier today about which batsman could hit it this far... Oram's name came up.
Harbhajan has him guessing though - and Dhoni drops a very sharp chance for a caught behind.
6:02pm 9th over: Bazza's still going on the email send us your emails (get the impression he's the type that's always in the batsman's ear too?) apparently he's not all talk though - has already scored a half-century and a four-for for his club side... not bad Bazza.
Could you face down Ross Taylor though? He's just slugged Ohja for a big six! Not much fun that for the India fans.
Whack! That's another six! Taylor seems to be enjoying himself now! But Guptil isn't - he's headed for the team dugout...
Ohja sneaks one through his defences and quick work behind the stumps from Dhoni has his bails off - he's out, stumped:
New Zealand 65-3 - Guptill st. Dhoni b. Ohja - 10
6:02pm 8th over:Another bowling change, Harbhajan Singh on now at the Pavilion End. A double-pronged spin-attack from India now.
Fifty up for New Zealand in niggly little singles.
5:59pm 7th over: Another bowling change, Ohja on at the Nursery End for India's bowling attack.
The spinner has Taylor taking big swipes - and missing.
5:55pm 6th over: Sharma gets a standing ovation from the India fans in the Compton and Edrich stands as he returns to his fielding position.
Yusuf Pathan into the bowling attack now replacing RP Singh.

Simon's after ticket news too. To answer your question Simon, tickets start at £20 for adults up to £30 - £10 for under 16s. Go to the North Gate in Wellington Place.
Guptill hits his first four as NZ near their 50.
5:49pm 5th over: The wind picks up here at Lord's as a dark cloud covers the sun momentarily - it's still Sharma from the Nursery End - Bazza's already cheering him on via e-mail!
Guptil's off the mark at last but it seems it's McCullum who the, up til now super-confident Bazza, fears the most. Rightly so it seems as the big-hitting batsman batters another four.
McCullum will do no more damage now though - he skies that one off Sharma's bowling and Kumar takes an icy cool catch.
New Zealand - 34-2 - McCullum c. Kumar b. Sharma - 31
The third former MCC Young Cricketer of today comes out to bat: Ross Taylor.
5:45pm 4th over: McCullum is unphased by the loss of opening partner Ryder - he hits another four for his score.
Another of your emails to Lords.org: send us your emails
Anil (I'm going to be presumptuous and assume he's an India fan!) has asked if tickets are still on sale. The answer is yes tickets are still available work/live locally? Get down here! Tickets are on sale on the gate from the North Gate in Wellington Place.
5:44pm Bazza, hopefully encouraged by seeing his name in "lights" is back. According to our resident India fan, his side have never won against the Kiwis in T20 cricket. Surprising.
We've had a Kiwi fan email us too - Craig in Canada. I'm sorry Craig, I don't know of any audio coverage today - but who needs audio? Lords.org has the best live coverage on the net!
Thanks for your emails chaps - keep them coming!

5:39pm 3rd over: A noisy start from India and their support - but the Black Caps will be pleased with 17 from the first two overs - very pleased.
Sharma into the attack for Kumar.
The India fans reach a new decibel level - Ryder's stumps are sent cartwheeling!
New Zealand 19-1 - Ryder b. Sharma - 2
5:34pm 2nd over: A good chase from Pathan narrowly prevents another four for McCullum.
There's no stopping that one - McCullum gives himself some room and swings that one into the leg-side for four.
5:30pm 1st over: It may be "only" a warm-up but with a good-strength India side out, the India fans here are going crazy. There's only a few-hundred of them here but they're making a lot of noise!
McCullum quietens the noise, if only momentarily, with a four.
Kumar has a couple of appeals for LBW - backed by the raucous India fans, but the umpire's are unmoved.
5:27pm Bazza - dry your tears - Yuvraj is in the team. It looks a strong India line-up: Dhoni; Gambhir; Sharma; Yuvraj; Raina; Pathan; Jadeja; Pathan; RP Singh; Kumar; Harbhajan Singh. As it's a warm-up they get a 12th and 13th too: Ojha and Sharma.
5:22pm Bazza - thanks for your email (below) I hate to dent your confidence, but team-news reaching us here in the Investec Media Centre is that Yuvraj has been left out. It's just a warm-up Bazza - he could be back for the "real deal" matches...
5:20pm Our first email today from an India fan, Bazza says:
"I hope this team plays with NO FEAR! I think as a team, India aren't bothered about anyone. I tip Yuvraj, Yusuf Pathan, Sehwag and RP Singh as India's key performers in this series. Let the sixes rain....Wooohhoooooo!!!"
Now I'm no psychologist, but I think Bazza's feeling confident!
