
Pink ball set for Lord’s debut

Monday 21st April will see a pink cricket ball trialled in a match at Lord’s for the first time.

MCC Head of Cricket John Stephenson will captain MCC A strong MCC team will play against Scotland in a fifty-over contest at 'The Home of Cricket'. Both teams will be wearing coloured kits and the sightscreens will be black.
Each innings will trial a different manufacturer’s pink ball. The captain who wins the toss will have the choice of the Kookaburra or Dukes pink ball.
