Rewarding times: Taylor is hoping for a trophy-filled 2009
"We travel to Australia on Thursday. We're pretty well prepared. We've got about two-and-a-half weeks before our first game.

"We're all really excited and can't wait to go.

The squad will be back in England for the upcoming ICC World Twenty20, with the final hosted at Lord's:

"The World Twenty20 is going to be really exciting.

"To be playing in front of big crowds, at home it'll be so exciting.

"The crowds should love it. One-day cricket's great but in Twenty20 it's different. As a batsman it's frenetic I find it very hectic.

"You need something to happen every ball. In one-day cricket you don't worry too much about a couple of dot balls you can always make it up later. In Twenty20 there is no 'later'

"We have to focus on the one-day World Cup first but there's so much to look forward to this year.

"Some of the younger players to keep an eye on? Holly Colvin was nominated for the MCC Young Sportswoman of the Year award - she's a slow left-arm spinner she's going to be important for us.

"Anya Shrubsole - she's only 15 or 16 but has good pace, good bounce and a great competetive spirit about her.

"We've certainly got the skills to win everything. If we prepare well, don't get carried away, don't get complacent we've got the talent to more trophies in the cabinet."
