Test Match: tickets & gates
Date released: 13 May 2008
The England v New Zealand Test Match starts at Lord's on Thursday 15 May. Spectators and Members coming to Lord's should be aware of news regarding the gates and ticket office.
Ticket Office
The Ticket Office at Lord's will no longer take telephone bookings after 4:30pm on Tuesday 13 May until after the Test match (Tuesday 20 May).
Internet ticket sales for the New Zealand Test Match will continue until 12 noon on Wednesday 14 May - after which they will be suspended.
If there are any tickets available these will go on sale at the North Gate selling point in Wellington Place from 9am each morning of the Test Match.
East Gate disruption
Whilst staff at Lord's have been working hard to make sure 'The Home of Cricket' looks its best for the first Test of the summer there are still some disruptions around the Ground.
eDF Energy are still doing extensive works in St John's Wood Road which, unfortunately, means a lot of the pavement space at the East Gate, outside Lord's is inaccessible.
Spectators and Members should be aware that this area may become congested - though MCC are providing extra stewarding to help aleviate this problem.
As an alternative point of access the famous Grace Gate is looking far more polished.

Daniel Vettori is on the new board at the Grace Gate New floral displays will welcome visitors to Lord's and there is even a new addition to our 'famous faces' and quotes mounted around the Ground.
New Zealand captain Daniel Vettori is the latest addition - the portrait and quote from the Black Caps skipper is perfectly placed, next to Michael Vaughan.
If you're coming to Lord's for the Test, enjoy your visit - if you haven't got your ticket yet, set your alarm clock to join the queue in Wellington Place!
