• Play the video ‘Respect your coaches and teachers’ and ask the class what the role of the coach and a teacher is with cricket
• How must the class respond to teachers and coaches and why?
• Discuss the possible scenarios for one child not listening or making an effort in session who is quite good at cricket, and a child who is not so good, but listens attentively and puts 100% in to everything in the sessions. What may the outcomes be?
• Make a list of how coaches and teachers can be respected within cricket and the benefit of this to the children
• How will playing sport help you outside of the classroom?
