Ian McDougall

Growing up in central London's concrete jungle didn't stop Ian McDougall playing cricket whenever and wherever possible. His school, friends and family were all press-ganged into indulging his love of the game. Ian is an opening batsman that can make Geoffrey Boycott look like Adam Gilchrist - boy can he grind out the runs. Then the law took a hold and, as a Barrister working for commercial organisations, Ian travels the world. He is constantly on the lookout for fellow cricket tragics wherever they may be. Ian is currently working as the Head of Legal for LexisNexis Butterworths (whom he thanks for their consideration in allowing his contribution to the broadcast service). He is very proud to be able to commentate for the MCC ball by ball service. Can there be anything better for a true armchair cricket obsessive than to watch and commentate on the great game from Lord's itself?
