Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) announced that it is currently evaluating tenders from the three shortlisted development companies in its search for the ‘Vision for Lord’s’ partner.
Almacantar, Capital & Counties and Native Land have now submitted their financial proposals to MCC.
Keith Bradshaw, MCC’s Secretary & Chief Executive, said: "The Vision for Lord’s is an ambitious plan for where we hope to be in the long term.
"Evaluating the financial proposals for this first phase is a very detailed process and these tenders will be carefully considered over the coming weeks.
"In all our deliberations, and as we question the developers in response to their bids, we must be mindful of the long term economic picture and the changing nature of the game itself.
"We will not rush this complicated process but will ensure we consider every aspect and undertake a rigorous and detailed financial evaluation."
MCC’s search for a development partner is driven by the Club’s fundamental objective of maintaining and enhancing the reputation of Lord’s as the pre-eminent cricket ground in the world and the global home of cricket.
Throughout the Vision for Lord’s process, MCC has been advised by Cushman & Wakefield.
