MCC is offering more free cricket at Lord’s on Thursday 5 May as MCC East Anglia take on MCC West Midlands at the Home of Cricket.
The 50-over clash is MCC’s annual Lord’s fixture featuring two regional teams made up of playing Members of the Club.
It is also one of the many chances to take in some cricket for free at the historic Home of Cricket in 2011.
MCC ensure that Lord’s remains host to all levels of the game throughout the season.
As well as Test matches, One Day Internationals and first-class cricket, the Home of Cricket also hosts fixtures including the npower Village Cup Final, the Inter Services Twenty20 and traditional matches such as Eton v Harrow and Oxford v Cambridge.
Other such fixtures in for 2011 include the Minor Counties Knock-Out Final and MCC Schools v English Schools Cricket Association.
There is also your chance to play at Lord’s in the annual Corporate Cricket Day.
MCC East Anglia v MCC West Midlands is one of three matches remaining at Lord’s in 2011 for which entry is free.
MCC’s clash with the Club Cricket Conference on Monday 22 August and MCC Schools v ESCA on Monday 5 September are the other free games.
