Rockhampton from Gloucestershire and Cleator of Cumbria will contest the Davidstow Village Cup Final at Lord's on Sunday 8 September.
The two teams progressed from the semi-finals on Sunday 11 August and have a month to build up to the biggest match of their lives.
Rockhampton Rams overcame Dinton in their semi-final by a convincing 94 runs, dismissing their opponents for 125 after posting 219/7 in the first innings.
Cleator meanwhile wrapped up the northern place in the final with a five-wicket win over Rolleston, inspired by a brilliant all-round performance by Darren Clark.
Clark took remarkable figures of 6/20 in his nine overs before seeing his side home with an unbeaten 53.
