The England v Australia Women's Ashes NatWest ODI at Lord's on Tuesday 20 August will be televised on the ECB YouTube channel.
It is the first time that the governing body has streamed a non-televised fixture on its digital platforms.
Broadcaster and journalist Alison Mitchell - who hosted the panel discussion at the MCC Spirit of Cricket Cowdrey Lecture last month - will anchor the coverage, with former England players Mark Butcher and Isa Guha also commentating.
The Women's Ashes has been rejigged for 2013, with seven matches in all three formats of the game all counting towards the destination of the Urn through a points system.
Six points will be on offer for winning the only Test at Wormsley, while the three ODI and three T20 matches will each have two points attributed to them.
The only Test gets underway on August 11 before the first ODI takes place at Lord's. The full series schedule can be seen here.
