The 37-year-old, world famous for his cooking books and tv shows, was proud that his company Jamie Oliver's Fabulous Feasts is now associated with the Home of Cricket.
Jamie Oliver on food and cricket
"Well I'm very lucky," Oliver told Lord's TV in an exclusive interview.
"This year Jamie Oliver's Fabulous Feasts has a little village just out the back of the Media Centre.
"It's an opportunity to do wonderful food at a wonderful event."
Oliver grew up in a pub aptly named The Cricketers that was based next to the local cricket pitch.
"Every Sunday of my whole childhood it was all about cricket. Not only did I watch it and get involed in the teas, I had to serve them pints at the age of ten! And make sure they were watered."
