The Yorkshire County Cricket Club and MCC have announced that the fixture between the two sides, planned for Wednesday 26 June, will no longer take place.
The limited-overs match was due to be played at Headingley Cricket Ground, and formed one of many events organised as part of Yorkshire CCC’s 150th anniversary celebrations in 2013.
The decision to cancel the match was made between the two clubs as a result of the lack of players’ availability.
MCC will support Yorkshire’s 150th anniversary throughout the rest of the year.
A full refund will be offered to all ticket holders who have purchased a ticket in advance for this match.
Ticket holders are advised to contact the Yorkshire CCC Ticket Office on 0113 2033 623.
