Welcome to the new Lords.org

Welcome to the new Lords.org.

This brand-new site is the result of more than a year's work and we believe it brings the digital home of MCC and Lord's Cricket Ground firmly up to the present day.

We've integrated our outlying sites, including our MCC Member portal and MCC Universities sites, with the aim of housing all of the Club’s varied activities and interests in one digital location.

The site is fully responsive, meaning that it’s optimised for both mobile and tablet. This is one of the key features of the new Lords.org, with mobile traffic increasing exponentially year-on-year, and the launch of The Cloud at the Home of Cricket in 2012 providing spectators with high-speed internet access to enjoy while at Lord’s.

We’ve also made a big effort to create a more intuitive and user-friendly navigation, and there’s a much needed search function for more complex queries.

Cricket itself is at the heart of the new site. Fixtures at Lord’s will be brought to life through a new match-day centre, which will be particularly worth a visit during major matches, when it will provide exclusive and unique behind-the-scenes content.

Throughout the year our revamped news section will also bring users the latest from Lord’s and MCC. There’s never been more ways to consume the latest news, with more accessible audio and video content, as well a bulging blog section to browse.

Our online collections are now available to explore, offering a stunning insight into the history of the game from the most comprehensive and varied archive in cricket.

The Online Pavilion for MCC Members has been integrated to this site and renamed the Pavilion. Members should sign in at the top of the site to reveal a personalised look-and-feel, as well as exclusive news, offers and information

One of our aims at MCC is for our digital output to remain as agile as possible in a rapidly evolving digital landscape, and the way users respond to the new site will shape how we continue to grow and adapt as this project continues.

So please explore the site and let us know your thoughts, criticisms and suggestions by getting in touch via digital@mcc.org.uk. We look forward to hearing from you.
