Home Lord's opens Ashes Series with Night at the Museum
Fifty lucky cricket fans joined Steve Harmison in the MCC Museum to watch the start of the Ashes series, in an event organised by cricket charity Chance to Shine with Yorkshire Tea.
The cricket fans were first to snap-up the limited tickets, and enjoyed a tour of the Ground with former England bowler Ed Giddins before having photos taken with the Ashes Urn and Harmison in the Museum.
A Q&A session with the two former quicks proceeded the start of the action from Woolloongabba, Brisbane, which began at middnight UK time.
Yorkshire Tea were on hand with an inexhaustable supply of hot drinks to keep morale up, while there were pillows and roll-mats for the casualties of a long night.
