World Champions in town

ICC World T20 player of the tournament, Kevin Pietersen England come to Lord's in bouyant mood, having won the ICC World Twenty20 tournament in the Caribbean.
At least half of the T20-winning team can expect to be in the Test squad. Skipper Andrew Strauss returned to form with 92 against Surrey and is almost a certainty to captain the side at Lord's.
Some of the World Cup winners may be hoping to have made enough of an impression to force their way into the Test squad.
Will there be a place for left-armer Ryan Sidebottom? Big-hitting Eoin Morgan? Perhaps a place for young paceman Steve Finn?
Bangladesh announced a 15-man squad earlier this month. They recently added Shamsur Rahman to the squad, as cover for batsmen Shakib Al Hasan (suffering with a bout of chicken pox) and Tamim Iqbal (hand injury).
Off-spinning all-rounder Mahmudullah will be returning to Lord's as an international for the first time since he was an MCC Young Cricketer in 2005.
Getting here
Lord's is well served by both Tube and bus routes:
On Monday the Jubilee Line (which serves St John's Wood tube station) is totally suspended.
Use the TfL Journey Planner to plan an alternate route.
There are a number of alternative ways to get to the Ground - not least some picturesque walks.

Walk this way - signs to Lord's New signage helps point the way from Baker Street station, a gentle 20-minute walk from Lord's. Or why not enjoy a canal-side stroll from Paddington to Lord's (about 25-30 minutes).
You can find details of all the walking routes using the journey planner.
Kids at Lord's
Bringing children to Lord's? MCC want all young cricket fans to enjoy a safe trip to The Home of Cricket. Lord's operates a free wristband scheme.

One of the wristbands The wristband is completed with the parent or guardian's contact details and seat number. Then, should the child get lost around the Ground, a Lord's Steward can help reunite them with their parent/guardian.
Youngsters' fun day out doesn't have to wait to start until you reach the Ground either. Why not try some of our travel cricket games to make your journey to Lord's even more entertaining?
Making Lord's greener

Keep an eye out for the Lord's recycling bins MCC are always striving to make Lord's even more environmentally responsible.
We are asking those that come to the matches at Lord's to help us with our recycling efforts.
Every 'litter station' around the Ground now has three, colour-coded bins:
Blue bins: For glass
Green bins: Dry recyclables: paper, card, plastic and cans etc.
Red bins: For general waste (cartons with food on etc.)
A few years back most of the rubbish from Lord's went to landfill - a far from ideal situation.
MCC have already made moves to turn that around and reduce our impact on the environment.
Taking last year's sold-out Ashes Test as an example, 120 tonnes of rubbish was produced:
- 70 tonnes was used in a waste-to-energy plant (about 58%)
- 23 tonnes were recycled (about 19%)
- 2 tonnes of glass were re-used
- just 25 tonnes was sent to landfill (about 21%)
This season we have improved our management policies and aim to reduce the quantity sent to landfill to no more than 5% and to increase the proportion recycled.
You can help us to achieve this simply by using the appropriate bins for your rubbish.
If you have any questions or would like more information you can e-mail our Sustainability Manager or write to Sustainability, MCC, Lord’s Cricket Ground, St John’s Wood, London, NW8 8QN.
