Preview & teams
The Panthers haven't had much luck at Lord's in the newly named 'CB40' competition.
In their three previous CB40 matches at the Home of Cricket this season they have had one defeat and two abandonments!
Conversely, Yorkshire Carnegie have played four and won four matches in this competition so far and currently top Group B.
Yorkshire Carnegie

Adil Rashid comes to Lord's with Yorkshire Star of the show for Yorkshire has been South African Jaqcues Rudolph.
The talented left-hander has scored 293 runs in his four CB40 matches thus far, averaging a staggering 146.5 (he was not out twice).
With former captain Anthony McGrath (average 117); another South African, wicket-keeper Gerard Brophy (113) and Adam Lyth, the first man to 1000 runs in this year's County Championship - there's plenty of batting power.

Tino Best bowling at Lord's for West Indies With the ball overseas signing Tino Best has already taken nine wickets in CB40 matches this season.
However, it's English medium pacer Steven Patterson with 11 who leads the way. Patterson took 6-32 against Derbyshire to seal a 100-run victory at Headingley.
With young England spin-bowling all-rounder Adil Rashid also available the Yorkshiremen have a strong bowling line-up too.
Middlesex Panthers
The Panthers are under their third captain of the season, having started out with Shaun Udal at the helm; then been captained by Adam Gilchrist during the Twenty20s; and now by new skipper Neil Dexter.
Dexter will be looking to England's Owais Shah for runs. With an average of 57, Shah tops the rankings for the Panthers in this competition.

Back from injury: Iain O'Brien The home side's own South African, Gareth Berg, has done well with both bat and ball too.
Their own battery of medium-fast bowlers have taken wickets too: another West Indian, Pedro Collins; New Zealander Iain O'Brien and Englishman Tim Murtagh.
Dexter will be hoping to lead his side to a morale-boosting victory in what should be an excellent game.
