Summer cricket camps for girls

Girls will benefit from coaching from England's women stars Girls from across the country are being invited to get involved with special MCC Spirit of Cricket summer camps this July and August.
Coached by three England Women’s players and costing just £15, the two-day camps represent a fantastic opportunity for girls to play cricket in their local community.
Open to girls of all abilities aged 8-14, the camps will provide a fun environment to either try the game for the first time, or further develop their skills in the core elements of batting, bowling and fielding.
Every child will also receive a bag full of cricket goodies including: baseball cap, t-shirt, mini bat, stress ball, wristband and certificate of achievement.
The summer camps are delivered through the ongoing partnership between the Cricket Foundation’s ‘Chance to Shine supported by Brit Insurance’ campaign and MCC, which aims to deliver the MCC Spirit of Cricket message to youngsters.
