Role within MCC: In the Membership Office, responsible for all Members’ subscriptions and attends to Members from the overseas clubs which MCC has reciprocal arrangements with when they visit Lord’s. It takes around 18 years to become a full Member, so makes many people's dreams come true when she sends off their new passes to them.

Things missed most about SA: Almost everything – from Rooibos tea to being woken up by whales at 2am to Western Province rugby and cricket.
