Catering Staffing and Training Manager

Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) is looking for a Catering Staffing and Training Manager to work at 'The Home of Cricket'.

Do you have:

• At least 2- 3 years experience in a similar role with a strong team ethos
• Good numeracy in / knowledge of budgeting, P&L & GP levels
• Excellent organisational, time management and prioritising skills
• Experience of venue catering and staffing demands
• Experience of organising and delivering training workshops
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of Food Health & Safety requirements
• Strong written and spoken English
• Calm efficiency when under pressure and against tight deadlines
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word; Excel; PowerPoint etc.
• Knowledge of cricket
