The full list of eight major matches to be played at Lord's in 2009 has not yet been confirmed, so it has therefore been necessary to delay the General Public Ballot. As soon as further information is available it will be posted on the Lord's ticket website.
If you have purchased or applied for tickets from MCC before, you will be on the ticket mailing list and automatically receive a Ticket Application Brochure and Forms by post.
However, the quickest and easiest way to apply is via the online ballot, which also saves purchasers any booking fee charges.
Check the Lord's fixtures list for a list of the matches for the 2009 season at 'The Home of Cricket'.
Answers to most queries regarding the Ashes 2009 can be found on our Ashes 2009 pages.
Ticket purchasers must read the ticket sale conditions and the Ground regulations.
To assist with your booking, the Ticket & Ballot Frequently Asked Questions cover a range of queries you may have.
For non-major matches at Lord’s there is no reserved seating and admission is made by payment at the Ground
entrance on the day.
Warning: unauthorised ticket sales. Genuine tickets for major matches at Lord's are obtainable only from MCC or its authorised agents.
The Club hereby gives notice of its policy to identify tickets being illegally re-sold or transferred to unauthorised agents or other third parties. Holders of such tickets, which may be stolen, shall be refused admittance to the Ground or removed from the Ground and interviewed by the Metropolitan Police.
Please note that MCC does not sell advance tickets for the fifth day of npower Test matches at Lord's. If a Test Match continues into the fifth day, admission is made by payment at the Ground entrance on the day.
