Since its official foundation in 1864, Middlesex County Cricket Club has, for over a century and a half, been one of the most successful and well-respected first-class counties in the English domestic game.
In 1903 the club won the County Championship for the first time, which started a 90 year period that yielded a further 20 County Championship titles. The club have also had success in the shorter formats of the game, most recently winning the Twenty20 Cup in 2008.
Middlesex has a strong history of developing many of the game’s greatest known cricketers, including the likes of Dennis Compton, Mike Gatting, John Emburey and Andrew Strauss to name but a few.
This tradition continues to the modern day, with the club’s current playing ranks including England One Day captain, Eoin Morgan, and England internationals Steven Finn and Sam Robson.
MCC, the owners of Lord's, is proud of its partnership with Middlesex CCC, who have played at the Ground since 1877 and members of Middesex CCC can enjoy watching the LV= County Championship, Royal London One-Day Cup and the Natwest T20 Blast from the iconic Lord's Pavilion.
