Lord's Cricket Ground celebrates its Bicentenary in 2014, and the public can join in the celebrations at a Gala Dinner in the famous Long Room.
These evenings begin with tours of the MCC Museum, Pavilion and the Dressing Rooms and will be followed by a drinks reception in the Long Room Bar, before a delicious Lord's three course dinner.
An Ashes Series retrospect with guest speakers will follow dinner.
When: Wednesday 26 February & Wednesday 5 March 2014
Dress code: Jacket and tie for gentlemen and smart attire for ladies
Itinerary: 6:30pm - Tours of the MCC Museum (including the Ashes Urn), Pavilion and Dressing Rooms, followed by a drinks reception in the Long Room Bar
7:45pm - A three course dinner is served in the Long Room, followed by an Ashes Series retrospect
11:00pm - The evening ends
Tickets: £110 per-person, which includes the cost of the tour, a pre-dinner drink, three-course meal and half a bottle of wine with dinner.
Car parking will be available at the Ground, on a first-come first-served basis from 6.15 p.m.
