As part of the Finance Department, this role will assist the Catering & Retail Systems Manager to manage the Catering and Retail financial systems including (but not limited to) the EPoS system, stock control system, procurement system and post event billing systems and the various Department function controls.
EPoS and stock control systems are deployed throughout all bars, restaurants and cellars at Lord’s Cricket Ground for M&E, minor and major match cricket. The role administrates the maintenance of all data on prices, products, recipes and suppliers. This role will primarily ensure all systems and EPoS hardware is ready to trade as the business requires. The role will play an active part in training users of the system. The role will also provide a point of contact resolving issues as they arise with regards to the use and understanding of the systems.
