Perform Live at Lord's

Young performers are being given the chance to showcase their skills in front of thousands at Lord’s this summer.

A competition has been set up to find the best young amateur performers, giving them the opportunity to entertain the Lord’s crowd at a major cricket match in 2014.

The competition is open to under-25 amateur artists, either as individuals or as members of a group, and encompasses every type of performance art, be it stilt-walking, Bollywood dancing or reggae music.

The matches selected for this programme are:

  • Saturday 17 May - NatWest T20 Blast Double Header
  • Saturday 31 May - England v Sri Lanka Royal London One Day International
  • Saturday 14 June - England v Sri Lanka Investec Test Match (Day 3)
  • Sunday 22 June - Bicentenary Festival Match
  • Saturday 5 July - MCC v Rest of the world
  • Thursday 17 to Sunday 20 July - England v India Investec Test Match (Days 1-4)

The closing date for applications is Friday 21 February, with auditions occurring on Monday 3 March and Sunday 9 March.
