The Warner Stand will not be available for spectators until July 1 to allow BAM Construction access to undertake snagging works and complete the final testing of the building.

The new stand was officially opened by His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh in May and has been in use during England’s two One-Day Internationals against Ireland and South Africa during the same month.

However, to allow the completion of final testing and commission of the building, the Warner Stand will be closed until the Royal London One Day Cup Final on Saturday 1 July.

However, Pelham’s Restaurant will remain available for MCC Members to book.

With a capacity of 2,656, the striking new stand has been designed to deliver an enhanced spectator experience for MCC Members and their guests, and a significant upgrade to facilities, to ensure Lord’s remains the most prestigious ground in the world at which to play and watch international cricket.

Among many benefits, the new £25 million stand will offer much improved sight lines, enhanced circulation, a world-class match control facility and an outstanding restaurant and catering provision, whilst ensuring a number of sustainable features to help further reduce the Club's carbon footprint.
