ICC to introduce No ball playing condition

ICC has followed in MCC's footsteps by announcing that a new playing condition for international cricket will instruct umpires to call No ball when a bowler breaks the non-striker's wicket during the act of delivery.

MCC introduces new No ball Law

The MCC Committee has announced that, from 1 October 2013, the bowler breaking the stumps during the act of delivery shall be called a No ball.
