Home Submit an image to appear on our '200' sculpture
Lord's Ground reaches 200 years at its current site in 2014, and MCC is encouraging you to be a part of the celebrations by submitting your image to our '200 sculpture'.
This is your chance to have your photo feature on this fantastic installation and win a cricket bat signed by James Anderson!
*An artists impression of what the sculpture may look like*
The first match was played in 1814 and throughout 2014 MCC will be celebrating the bicentenary of the Ground with various exciting events and activities, including showpiece fixtures against Rest of the World.
One such activity will be the erection of a large '200' sculpture that will feature images submitted by players, Members and fans.
Your photo could be:
1) An image of you at Lord’s
2) An image of a view of Lord’s – taken by you
3) A portrait image of yourself
We want to fill one of the numbers with fan images and are asking you to submit images now for consideration. In addition we would like to gather a memory or quote about Lord’s, explaining why it's so special in no longer than 30 words.
Simply fill out the form below and you could see your image appear on one of the numbers next year. You will also go into the prize draw to win a cricket bat signed by James Anderson.
The sculpture will be erected near the Grace Gate in early 2014.
*NOTE: the images shown here may differ from the actual sculpture.
