Ex-England cricketers Angus Fraser and Ed Smith are among the current and former pros on show for the MCC President's XI v Middlesex President's XI fixture at Lord's on Saturday 9 August.
The two sides have been assembled by Gatting, MCC's President, and his counterpart at Middlesex Clive Radley as part of the celebrations of a special year at both Clubs.
In addition to being the Bicentenary of the current Lord's Ground - home to both Clubs - 2014 also marks 150 years since Middlesex CCC was formed.
Gatting and Radley, who played together for Middlesex in the 1970s and 1980s, have called upon a host of former and current players from the county and beyond.
The MCC President's XI features former England and Notts opener Jason Gallian, as well as ex-Surrey wicket-keeper Jon Batty. Also included is TV presenter and former Cambridge University cricketer Chris Hollins.
Radley, a former MCC Head Coach, fields a team of current and former Middlesex players under the leadership of wicket-keeper Keith Brown.
Ed Smith, the ex-opener and current Test Match Special commentator features, as does former England fast-bowler Norman Cowans.
Tickets for the match are available from Lord's on the day, priced £10 for adults, £5 for under-16s and free for under-16s.
