Lords.org looks back at day one of the Investec Test match between England and India, bringing you some moments that you might have missed from the Home of Cricket.

Oh what a lovely queue!

It might seem bizarre that having a membership to a club equates to queuing for hours just to get a good seat on one of the biggest days of the year, but that's one of the lovely idiosyncrasies of Marylebone Cricket Club.

Members queued up from 3am at the famous Grace Gates to make sure they got their favourite seats in the Pavilion - Lords.org's Will Roe found out how it all works.

When Strictly met Downton

Test match cricket at Lord's never fails to lure the great and the good to the Ground, and today was no different.

The BBC's Strictly Come Dancing star Anton Du Beke and Downton Abbey's Jim Carter were having a ball in the Grand Stand, but were kind enough to spare us a few minutes to talk cricket, sneaking off work and of course, dancing!

Looking after Lord's

The Pavilion at Lord's is a fabulous Grade II listed building that was built in 1890 - so it needs lots of love and care.

In this fabulous 'behind the scenes' Lord's YouTube video, we meet Allen Lydon, one of the Club's Pavilion Stewards, who guides us through what he does during a Test match at Lord's.
