For the first time at a Lord's Test match, a text message incident reporting system will be in place for spectators.

Visitors to the ground for the England v Sri Lanka Investec Test can now text directly to the control room to instantly and discreetly report incidents including disorderly behaviour, maintenance issues (ie a broken chair, blocked drain), and any medical requirements.

If a spectator has an incident to report, they can text 'Lords' to 020 33 22 4252 and include the following information:

  • Their location in the Ground (including their seat number)
  • Detail of the nature of the incident

A member of our control room will reply to your text as soon as possible and we will endeavour to respond to the incident as quickly as possible and in the appropriate manner.

Text messages are charged at your standard rate.
