Single sign-on is live: Important Changes to your Lord's Account

Posted: 12 February 2026

New Single Sign-On System

Today we have launched our new Single Sign-On system which makes accessing lords.org, tickets.lords.org, the Lord’s App and our other digital platforms simpler and more secure.

What you need to do

From Thursday 12 February, you will need to reset your password to continue accessing your Lord’s account. You can reset your password using the button below.

Reset my password

  • You can find step-by-step instructions of how to reset your password here or in our FAQs page.
  • If your account does not currently have a date of birth linked to it, you will be asked to add one during the password reset. This helps us confirm whether you have a Junior (for those under the age of 13) or Full Account. You may also be asked to update any information that is incomplete or inaccurate so we can keep your account details up to date.
  • This is a one-time process. You only need to do this the next time you log in.
Updates to our Terms of Use and Privacy Notice

We have updated our Terms of Use and refreshed our Privacy Notice to reflect the introduction of our new SSO login system and to improve clarity across our digital platforms.

They do not change the ways in which we collect and process your personal data.

By continuing to use MCC’s digital platforms or maintaining a Lord’s account, you agree to the updated Terms of Use. You can read the updated Terms of Use here and the updated Privacy Notice here.

Updates to our communication preferences

We have also updated the way we organise our marketing preferences to make things clearer and ensure that, if you have chosen to receive marketing from us, the updates you receive reflect what you have chosen to hear about.

If you have set preferences before, your existing preferences have been carried over into the new categories, so you continue to hear from us about what you originally chose to receive.

This update does not apply to MCC Members.

You do not need to do anything, but you can review or change your preferences at any time by logging into your account or clicking the link below. You remain fully in control of what you want to receive.

If you would prefer not to receive marketing at all, you can update your settings or unsubscribe at any time.
