Digital Tickets

Tickets to access the Home of Cricket are now distributed electronically via the official Lord’s App.

To receive your ticket, you will first need to download the App which is compatible with Android and Apple IOS.

Note that the mobile device you use must be able to access the internet (either through wi-fi or mobile network) as the App will not work without internet access. Your mobile device will need to be able to access the internet as you access Lord’s, as you cannot download the ticket to your device in advance.

A digital ticket is the safest, most convenient, and flexible way to receive your match ticket whilst increasing protection against fraud. It is also an easy way to go green by printing less paper therefore better for our environment.

It's our effort to make your Home of Cricket experience the very best.

We are aiming to make all digital tickets available on the Lord’s App in early 2023. As soon as the tickets are available, we will email all ticket holders to let them know.

Please also enable notifciations on the App as will be contacting users directly. 

Digital tickets are match tickets which are sent to your Lord’s App upon purchase. You do not have to print these off and you will be able to enter the Home of Cricket simply by scanning your phone as you enter the Ground.

To download the Lord’s App, simply click this link for IOS and this link for android.

Once you have downloaded Lord’s App, your tickets for matches (future and past) can be found in the Wallet tab under My Tickets, in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.

If your tickets do not appear please log out and log back in again, making sure you use the email address that was used to purchase your ticket(s).

Yes, multiple mobile tickets can be downloaded to a single Lord’s App account, once selected you can swipe left and right to view all tickets.

To share a ticket, select the ticket that you wish to share and click the Share icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen. You can choose to share a ticket code via WhatsApp, Email or SMS by following the steps on screen. Please note if you share the same ticket more than once, the latest sharing request will invalidate previous attempts.

You can log in via the Home Screen when you first open the App. Alternatively, while in the Wallet tab you can find your settings in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Your login details will be the same as for your Lord's account (or your MCC Membership account). If you do not have a Lord's account, you will be able to sign up via the App.

If you don’t have a smartphone and aren’t able to download the Lord’s App to access your match ticket, then please contact the ticket office for an alternative method of entry.
