Annual salary review and discretionary bonus scheme

This takes place between September and December each year.

Life Assurance

A lump sum paid to your nominated beneficiary in the event of your death while employed by the Club.


Defined Contribution, the employee can contribute up to 7% and the Club up to 12%.

Interest Free Annual Season Ticket Loan

The Club will cover the upfront cost of your season ticket, with repayments spread across 12 months and taken from your salary.

Subsidised on-site Canteen

Enjoy delicious hot and cold options from our on-site canteen, all at subsidised prices.
