We have a variety of roles on offer, whether that be on the shop-floor, processing transactions and answering customer queries, or crucially behind the scenes processing and transporting stock from the Stockroom to each of our five Shops around the Ground. In addition to match-day roles, we have non-match day opportunities available, both during and outside of the Season.

Retail Champion (Casual Manager)

The Retail Champion will efficiently deliver the running of match and non-match day Shops - dealing with customer returns, exchanges and queries in a proactive manner. The Champion will assist with the efficient and profitable online and customer facing shopfloor operations of the MCC, and Lord’s Shops located within Lord’s Cricket Ground on match and non-match days, to maximise sales and exceed budget, whilst aiding with the efficient operation of stock functions.

Retail Stockroom Supervisor (Casual Manager)

The Stockroom Supervisor will work closely with the Retail Operations Team to ensure appropriate stock and quantities are delivered in a timely manner and to the appropriate Shop(s). The Supervisor will assist with the efficient and profitable online and in-Ground operations, by managing the Lord’s and MCC stockroom. Supervisor will monitor stock and sales, by using the back-office system, prepare required stock for each shop. Track stock movement between shops and keep an accurate record of what stock is entering and leaving the stockroom.

How to Get Here

Lord’s is very close to the centre of London and is easy to reach by tube, train, bus and bike.

St John’s Wood is the closest tube station to the Ground (approximately five minutes’ walk), while Baker Street, Warwick Avenue, Marylebone and Edgware Road are all also within 15 minutes’ walk.
