Leave the M4 at J12 and take the A4 towards Theale, Pangbourne and Newbury. At the next roundabout turn right onto the A340 to Pangbourne. In Pangbourne turn right at the first mini roundabout, then left at the second mini roundabout by the George Hotel. Pass under the railway bridge. In ½ a mile you reach the Toll Bridge over the Thames, for which you have to pay so have some change ready. Continue on the B471 through Whitchurch and up Whitchurch Hill to Crays Pond. At the junction turn right then immediately left in front of the White Lion pub, towards Woodcote. In Woodcote, turn right at the War Memorial opposite the Red Lion pub, continue past the Village Hall for a mile, then turn right onto the A4074 towards Reading. The Oratory School gates are ¼ mile along this road on the right, shortly after a School sign
