A. Shrubsole 6-46 v IndiaBack to boards

Anya Shrubsole has been a member of the England women's team since 2008, but may be best remembered for her stunning bowling performance to help her side win the 2017 ICC Women’s World Cup Final at Lord’s.

Her 6 for 46 is not only the best ever bowling figures by any player in a women's World Cup Final, but also the best figures by any player in One-Day Internationals at the Home of Cricket, in either men’s or women’s cricket.

Shrubsole’s incredible performance was recognised with the award of an MBE in the Queen's 2018 New Year Honours list and in the same year, she became the first women’s cricketer to appear on the cover of Wisden Cricketers' Almanack.
