Take the A12 from Chelmsford to Colchester exit (left fork to a slip road) which goes downhill to roundabout. Take last exit and drive uphill for 1/4 mile to next roundabout. Take the first exit and proceed down Lexden Road for one mile. Turn right into Beverley Road - at the end of the road turn right, then first right into Athelstan Road. Alternatively continue down Lexden road to next roundabout, take the last exit and Athelstan Road is sixth turning on the right
