MCC celebrated Christmas with the local community and schoolchildren on a festive day of carols, mince pies and cricketing activities on Tuesday 5 December.
In the fifth annual community carol service, the carols were led by Church Street Community Choir and South Westminster Community Choir including various guests such as local residents, reminiscence guests, MCC Members and patients from St John's Hospice.
In total, 250 people, including 90 children, were invited, while classes from St Vincent's RC, St Edward's RC and St Mary's of Angel RC Primary schools sang a song each.
MCC Chief Executive & Secretary Guy Lavender welcomed guests to Lord's and initiated an interactive catching game with a child from each school.
At the end of the service, children were gifted with autograph books and mini bats, while adults were given mince pies to take away.
