At this stage, our focus is developing fundamental movement skills and building confidence within a fun and engaging environment. Players are introduced to the core skills of batting, bowling and fielding whilst learning how to move efficiently, coordinate their bodies and develop a love for training and competition.
Junior Development (Ages 5-8)
For our youngest players, sessions focus on:
Fundamentals movement and athletic development
Hand-eye coordination and catching skills
Introduction to batting, bowling and fielding
Confidence building through games and challenges
Teamwork communication and enjoyment
Senior Development (Ages 9-13)
As players mature, we begin to introduce greater technical understanding and game awareness. Players will develop:
Core batting, bowling and fielding techniques
Match awareness and decision making
Movement efficiency and athleticism
Understanding of practise habits and preparation
