Players at this age begin to develop a deeper understanding of their game, their strengths and the areas they need to improve. Sessions become more structured and players are encouraged to take greater ownership of their development.
Programme Overview

Athletic Development
Movement quality, speed, coordination, mobility and physical literacy become increasingly important as players approach adolescence.
Game Understanding
Players learn how to make better decisions, understanding different match situations and develop tactical awareness.
Personal Development
We begin to develop behaviours associated with successful athletes, including preparation, resilience, communication, reflection and accountability.
Trial Information
Players are expected to be playing regularly hard ball cricket at a competitive level, either at school or club as a minimum.
