Ticket Distribution

What is Ticket Distribution? 

Ticket distribution allows you to send on tickets to others to add to their apple or google wallet via and NFC pass instead of the Lord’s app. 

 

How does it work? 
  1. Click Distribute 
  2. Select the seat(s) you wish to share. 
  3. Enter recipient details (first name, last name, email) for each ticket you are sharing. 
  4. Click save recipient 
  5. Double-check the details of the selected seat(s) and recipient. Click distribute ticket to confirm. 
  6. Ticket will now be distributed  

 

How to accept a distributed ticket 
  1. Check your email inbox for the email from noreplyticketing@mcc.org.uk  
  2. Open the attached PDF 
  3. Click download tickets 
  4. Select Apple Wallet (for iPhones) or Google Pay (for android devices)  
  5. Follow the instructions on your phone to add to your wallet.  

If you have received multiple tickets, you must download each ticket individually prior to arriving to the ground.  

Please note: You will not gain entry by using the email alone or photographs/screenshots of the ticket. It must be in the wallet of your device.
