The ICC Women's T20 World Cup comes to London for the first time this tournament, as England take on the West Indies at Lord's Cricket Ground.
With temperatures forecast to reach 36°C, we want to update you on the facilities around the ground to help during hot weather. The following measures will be in place:
Lord’s Cricket Ground has several shaded areas which can be utilised during times of extreme weather, including the concourse areas around the ground behind stands. Most seats are uncovered with limited shade in the bowl.
Drinking water will be available across the ground for spectators at one of the 25 water refill stations across the concourse.
Water fountain locations:
• Behind the Grand Stand
• Behind the Compton Stand
• Behind the Mound Stand
• Behind the Allen Stand
All other bars will have water available, and we have also increased our water availability around the ground at points of sale.
First aid facilities will be available on site throughout the day.
WHAT TO BRING
We highly recommend wearing and bringing:
• Light, breathable clothing
• A sunhat and sunglasses
• Sunscreen
• A refillable water bottle to use at any of our water refill stations
The ground will be busy and we strongly encourage all spectators to arrive as early as possible, soon after the gates open at 09.00, to allow extra time for queuing and security checks so you're in your seat for the start of the match.

You will be able to view your tickets by logging in, using the email account details you used to purchase the tickets. NB; if your log in details are not recognised, please try registering these details instead.
PDF tickets are not available for public stand seating for this match.
Lord’s is a cashless Ground. Debit and credit card payments as well as mobile payments such as Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted at all tills around the Ground.
There are plenty of options across the Transport For London (TFL) network to get to Lord’s. Please note that roadworks on Wellington Road throughout the summer will cause some disruption in and around St John’s Wood underground station and therefore we urge you to use alternatives whenever possible.
It is also highly recommended to use the Underground station most appropriate for where you will be seated in the Ground. These options should be considered for entry and leaving:
The closet rail stations are Marylebone (15 mins) and Paddington which is a pleasant 20-minute stroll taking in the canals of Little Venice.
Entry through the North Gate will be via automated turnstiles, with stewards on hand to assist if needed.

Lord's Cricket Ground has a variety of top-quality fresh food available during the match to suit all. From classic dishes of burgers, fish & chips and hog roast to a delicious selection of street food vendors - including Bao buns, loaded fries, crispy duck, and so much more!
Our food outlets cater to a range of dietary requirements including meat-free, plant-based and gluten-free, speak to your server before ordering. The Lord’s Food Village has a range of grab and go food and drink options with self-checkout kiosks meaning a significantly quicker experience with less queuing and more time to enjoy the cricketing action.
The safety and security of all those who visit Lord’s Cricket Ground is a priority for the MCC. When you visit, there will be a number security measures you can see, and some you cannot see. This includes search dogs in and around the ground and at entry points. Please follow the guidance given by our stewards and security staff.
We suggest that you bring with you only essential items or leave bags at home if possible. There are a number of things you cannot bring into Lord’s, similar to every other international sports venue.
These include anything that can be used to injure or harm others, including any sharp knife. Illegal items, such as controlled drugs, are also prohibited.View ICC WOmen's T20 World Cup Ground Regulations
We want Lord’s to be a Ground for all. Please treat everyone equally and with kindness. To report an issue or concern, including inappropriate or anti-social behaviour, please alert a steward in the first instance.

Multi Faith rooms are open during the match and are located in the Pavilion basement (opposite the Members Shop) and the Edrich stand.
For those attending with small children, baby changing facilities are available around the Ground. Fully accessible adult Changing Places toilets are available in the Pavilion Basement and in the Compton Stand. Unisex toilets are located in the Pavilion Basement and next to the multi-faith room on at the Edrich stand.
There is a sensory room available to provide a safe and calming space for those with neurodivergent needs that may be finding the match atmosphere overwhelming. The room is available on a first-come, first-served basis and located in the Pavilion basement.
MCC would like to invite you to visit the MCC Museum which is free of charge for all ticket holders. Ask at the Museum for opening and closing time.
Look out for the Lord’s Heritage Trail, a new installation that will take you on a very special journey into the amazing history of the world’s most famous cricket ground. As you journey around the Ground and scan the QR code at each of the waypoints, learn more about the history and heritage of the Home of Cricket.
