The international schedule for Lord’s was released last year. England will play their first ever Women’s Rothesay Test Match at the Ground when they welcome India in July, which will cap a celebration of the women’s game this summer, as it follows the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup.

Lord’s plays host to three group matches in the tournament, with England facing West Indies, South Africa meeting one of the qualifying nations, and Australia taking on India. The final will take place at Lord’s on Sunday 5 July.

England’s men will face both New Zealand in June and Pakistan in August in Rothesay Test Matches, and welcome India to Lord’s for a Metro Bank One-Day International in July.

Yorkshire will make the journey down to Lord’s later in the summer, as they provide the opposition for Middlesex in the men’s Metro Bank One-Day Cup on Sunday 2 August.
With the full Lord’s list being published today, the matches once again reflect MCC’s support for cricket as a game for all, as we welcome a wide variety of teams to the Home of Cricket in 2026.

The Barclays Knight-Stokes Cup, named after two of England’s greatest state-educated cricketers, aims to inspire state schools to develop under-15 girls’ and boys’ teams and to drive state school participation in cricket. The new T20 format competition, with over 1,000 teams due to compete, will see both a girls’ and boys’ final hosted on the Main Ground for the first time on Thursday 10 September.

Building on the success of previous years, there will once again be a Festival of Disability Cricket, which will see some of the country’s top players from England’s disability squads competing at the Ground.

The Road to Lord’s remains a cherished goal for cricketers across the globe, and this summer we are delighted to host the following finals:

  • ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Final (Sunday 5 July)

  • The Hundred Men’s and Women’s Finals (Sunday 16 August)

  • MCC Foundation National Hubs Finals (Saturday 5 September)

  • Voneus Village Cup Final (Sunday 6 September)
