From historic international fixtures and unforgettable atmospheres to world-class hospitality, food, fashion and family experiences, 2026 promises to be one of the most exciting summers staged at Lord’s Cricket Ground.
At the heart of the season is the 150th Test match held at Lord’s, as England take on New Zealand in a historic occasion that celebrates a century and a half of Test cricket at the Ground. The match will bring together the traditions that make Lord’s famous around the world alongside a modern match day experience designed for both lifelong cricket supporters and first-time visitors alike.
The celebrations will include special history installations, exclusive content, enhanced hospitality experiences and storytelling that reflects the unique place Lord’s holds in British sport.
The summer will also see another major milestone in the women’s game as Lord’s hosts its first ever Women’s Test Match, with England Women facing India Women in July. The fixture represents an historic moment for the game and reinforces Lord’s position as the home of both men’s and women’s cricket. The Test comes hot on the heels of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup, where England will hope to replicate their victory in 2017 in the 50-over version of the tournament.
Fans attending throughout the summer can expect more than just cricket. Across the season, Lord’s will showcase a vibrant programme of food and drink experiences, family-friendly activities, cultural storytelling and behind-the-scenes content designed to bring new audiences into the game and create memorable days out in London and while away the time in Lord’s unique and idyllic green spaces.
Whether attending for the cricket, the unique atmospherics of the Lord’s Hum, the hospitality or simply to experience one of the most celebrated sporting venues in the world, Lord’s continues to evolve as a destination that appeals far beyond traditional sports audiences.
The summer continues with a blockbuster ODI between England and India, before the season concludes with London Spirit’s inaugural season under MCC ownership – guaranteed to be an event for all the family – as well as a visit from Pakistan as they take on England Men in August in the final Test match of the season.
Throughout the season, supporters will be able to follow exclusive content across Lord’s and Marylebone Cricket Club channels, including matchday features, player stories, behind-the-scenes access, competitions and fan experiences.
For generations, Lord’s has been the stage for cricket’s greatest moments. This summer, it will once again become the place where history, culture and unforgettable experiences come together.
