The Committee is undertaking a formal consultation with candidates concerning gender diversity within the Membership of MCC.
The Consultation Paper
At the heart of the consultation is a detailed paper addressing membership gender diversity. The paper sets out why the issue is relevant for MCC, what our ambition should be, and the potential impact of various mechanisms that affect membership diversity.
The paper is provided to inform discussion. It does not advocate or recommend any specific course of action but is intended to ensure that all candidates have the opportunity to understand the issue and share their views.
The paper is available to view here.
