Hospitality FAQs

The dress code for hospitality venues is smart casual. Casual trousers, smart jeans and tailored shorts are acceptable. Sports trainers and flip flops are not permitted.

All hospitality tickets are sent approximately one to two weeks prior to the match day.

All hospitality tickets are sent as PDFs via email and will not appear in the Lord’s app and can then be transferred to guests.

All guests will be emailed prior to the match asking for any dietaries and stating the deadline for submitting these. Any dietaries submitted after this deadline we cannot guarantee.

The dedicated hospitality entrance is the Bicentenary Gate on St John’s Wood Road. Nursery Pavilion guests should enter via the North Gate.

Unfortunately, there is no parking available on International, Vitality Blast or Hundred fixtures, should you be attending a different match please enquire via hospitality@mcc.org.uk

There is no age restriction within our Hospitality venues, however, the packages are tailored to adults. Any person attending will require their own ticket regardless of age and the price will be the same.

All hospitality venues have a range of non-alcoholic drinks available on request.

The majority of our hospitality venues offer step-free access for guests, and we can provide alternative wheelchair seating. We would recommend contacting the team to advise before booking. Please note the Tavern Stand Suites have no step-free access.

Your hospitality will continue as normal regardless of any delays in the start of play. No refunds will be offered except on the ticket element of the package price and this will be in line with our 2026 Terms & Conditions.

All our hospitality experiences include a match ticket so guests who already have a ticket can upgrade subject to availability and have their original ticket refunded.

MCC Members looking to book into one of the member restaurants should contact the restaurant team directly to enquire about availability at restaurants@mcc.org.uk
