Despite his reputation as one of the best fast bowlers to have ever played the game, Lee never managed a Test five-wicket haul at Lord’s, but did produce a sublime showcase of his talents to claim his second ODI Honour.
England won the toss and decided to bat, but it proved to be perhaps the wrong decision with Lee on top form – claiming the wicket of Joe Denly, before cleaning bowling Matt Prior, Luke Wright, Stuart Broad and Adil Rashid as he finished with figures of 5-49.
