England managed 270 in reply, which gave Underwood the opportunity to continue his dominance against the Pakistan attack.
Bowling 34.5 overs, Underwood was in unstoppable form, taking eight wickets for 51 runs to restrict Pakistan to a score of 226.
Underwood's second spell saw him bowl at a economy rate of 1.46 and gave him a second 10-wicket haul at Lord's.
However, despite the spinner's sublime efforts, weather denied England victory with the game being concluded as a draw after five days at the Home of Cricket.
